Michael joined Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc. in 2007. With almost 20 years of industry experience, he has upheld an impressive track record in the completion of numerous commercial transactions. Since 2016, Michael has negotiated in excess of 130,000 square feet of office space across all submarkets of New York City. His extensive experience and meticulous approach towards every aspect of negotiation ensures his clients always receive the most advantageous outcome.
In 2011, amidst a highly competitive retail market, Michael successfully relocated Ovando New York into their second location on Madison Avenue. Subsequently, he negotiated a 24,000 square foot deal for a large East Coast based NGO. This reduced the organization's rental costs by more than 40% across their lease term. In the years since, Michael has facilitated the purchase and sale of several commercial condos, including a Chelsea property which has seen a 30% appreciation over the negotiated sale price.
Michael represents a diverse client base which includes media, medical, financial and accounting, legal, retail, marketing, architectural, design and technology based firms.
Aside from his commitments to real estate, Michael is heavily involved in pro bono work. This includes an afterschool program for children, educating them in Biblical Studies. Michael is fluent in Farsi and received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Queens College.
