David Tordjman joined Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc. after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Yeshiva University / The Sy Syms School of Business (New York). For the last 10 years, David has been working in real estate with a strong track record of excellence.
David managed and trained employees at Cydcor, one of the top outsourcing marketing companies in New York, where he focused on multi-million dollar clients ranked in the Fortune 100™ and 500® and emerging companies in industries that include telecommunications, energy, office suppliers and retail.
His strong consultative and negotiating skills, his considerable business expertise and his consistent record of achievement allow him to professionally and effectively address his clients’ specific needs with integrity, honesty and transparency.
Since joining Norman Bobrow and Co., Inc., as a broker/consultant, David Tordjman has developed the Retail Department at the firm and has represented industry leading firms in the fields of advertising, law, accounting, fashion, art galleries, software development, high-end restaurants, 5 star hotel groups and luxury jewelry designers. Some of his clients include: Puma, Skechers, Rockport, Elie Tahari, Cipriani LLC, Chopard, Microsoft Corp, Happy Socks, Hanky Panky, Price Waterhouse Cooper, famous Café Pushkin, The Plaza Hotel of New York, The Marriott Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel Group. David works in tandem with one of the largest high-end European restaurant groups.
David Tordjman is fluent in French, English, Spanish, Hebrew and Arabic. Coming from France, his knowledge and understanding of luxury, quality presentation and his fine tuned attentiveness to detail has proven to be a strong commodity to clients in the acquisition process including the purchase of numerous buildings. Having worked alongside top professionals of Manhattan’s real estate industry for several years, David had the chance to learn from the best and to refine his craft.
David prides himself in being involved in all aspects of lease negotiation, and stresses accuracy as well as professionalism to enable his clients with the knowledge to comprehend all financial and business ramifications relating to their leases transactions. He is a proud member of the Real Estate Board of New York. In 2011, David was named the Broker of the Year for the largest transaction in the company. This contributed to the company received the Costar Power Broker's 2011 Award, which ranked Norman Bobrow in NYC's Top 10 Brokerage Firms.
